I am 34 yrs old, 5'8" tall and weigh 136 lbs. I have the metabolism from hell and can't seem to gain weight no matter what I do. Right now, my diet consists of 3 eggs for breakfast + a 1-a-day vitamin, a 1,850 calorie shake spread out through the day, 2 chicken/cheese sandwiches + a yogurt + a cup of pudding + an apple for lunch, and a varied dinner (700 to 900 calories). Altogether, that's about 3650 calories a day with over 100 g protein. I've been working out for years for exercise and am thinking about taking steroids to help me gain but I've been advised to "get my diet and training in line first". I've been told that I'm not eating nearly enough to gain weight. Anyone out there have some suggestions?
