Is this healthy

not really assuming most was probably water weight anyways..

12pounds in a week is not uncommon when a large portion is water weight, and 12 pounds in a month isn't terrible, but more muscle mass would be lost then a diet that was losing 1or2lbs a week of mainly body fat..

bleh meant its not unhealthy, just read the post when i woke up :/
 
it would mostly be water as mentioned above. When you've sussed how your body responds to sodium/water retention, you will be able to manipulate your carbs depending on how you feel and how you look, thus giving you better results.
