    I don't endorse anyone counting calories as if we are robots. we aren't robots at all, we are living organisms and counting calories doesn't work. if it did 95% of weight watchers people wouldn't fail miserably at it

    This is the simple calories in vs calories out method. The major flaw with it is that it is not a closed-loop system. There are a ton of other factors that determine how much energy you expend when consuming food.

    Not familiar with it, but the reality is there are more variables involved than just calories in and out

    It sounds like a way to overthink just counting macros and calories and adjusting accordingly
