Guys need to shred down -need a sound diet and cycle advice... HELP!

bros,
i'm currently about 228ish and have about 14% bf... i'm really bad at leaning out due to dieting and i either over diet or under diet. are meal replacements ok? i was going to do:
7 a.m.: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oatmeal
9:30: myoplex
12: 4-6 oz of chicken and 1/2 yam
3: myoplex
5: 4-6 oz of chicken and 1/2 yam
6: whey protein shake w/ 40 g's of protein.
-is this ok? also, i need a juice stack -want to get shredded... was thinking 150mgs of winny a week, 200 mgs of eq, and something else. my last cycle was 75mgfina/day, 50mgwinny/day, 400mgeq/week, but my diet wasn't clean enough and could not lean out enough... actually gained weight... need a sound diet and some cycle advice.
 
If you can stand cottage cheese eat it right before bed, I sometimes throw in a tsp of peanut butter for taste. Your after workout shake, I think should be all whey and some kind of juice, like grape or apple. Oh and no carbs after about 6 or 7 o'clock
 
isn't cottage cheese just as high in sugar as milk? just curious
