and always on the throne

any tips for digestion?

i would prefer not to cut back on the greens since i get alot of carbs from that source and also i like the taste of raw green veggies (i guess dieting all time, a green bell pepper is a treat ...odd i know

digestions supplements would help?

ginger root help digest or only worthy for protein digestion..?

Papaya Enzyme is also good for digestion...maybe that would help?

i eat alot of my meals on the go and thats not gonna happen

plus i like to eat them raw since i am lazy and doesnt eating them raw give you more benefits also?

plus i dont know to cook them...

Raw doesn't always mean better. Some veggies need heat to release their nutrients or to make them more available.

You can steam up a whole bath of veggies Sunday and eat them all week. I've done this with brocolli many times.

And keep in mind, frozen and canned veggies often have more vitamins than their "fresh" counterparts.
