Greek Yogurt...?

You really really don't want to know. It involves a rope, a goat, 3 lbs of salt, and a loss of dignity for everyone involved.

LOL.

If this is to use as part of a recipe just go with all natural plain low to no fat yogurt. I like to cook alot of indian food and alot of their recipes ask for the meat to be marinaded in yogurt so I just use all natural non fat yogurt and it does the trick.

I don't know, but I just bought some this week at the store. It is killer mixed with Sugar free raspberry preserves.

Greek Yogurt is just regular yogurt that has been strained to remove excess moisture.
I've heard you can make it yourself with a cheesecloth/coffee filters.

It's higher in protein and lower in carbs than regular yogurt with a thicker consistency.

Fage makes a brand. Google that brand for links

YUM, YUM, YUM, they do one called Total 0, no fat, and Total 2%, 2% fat.

Both quite low in carbs 4 g in 100 g of yogurt, with 12 g of protein/100 g.

Lush.
