    Re: Greek yogurt

I have a good bmi with 67 kg, small dude. I know how to make muscles with my core and beautiful result on my back. I want bigger arms, so I increased my number of dumbells and their weight. I did weighted pull-ups with 45 + 35. That hurts much more my shoulders. However I donít know if I will be fat cause after training at 10 pm, I drink a milk bag, 1 L and 320g of yogurt in cups. I like yogurt and nuts cause low fat and then nut are good to train my fingers.

    Re: Greek yogurt

Going back to this thread to say that I have a newfound love for Greek yogurt. Don't know why but creating it on my own makes it taste better for me. If you have the time and some money to spend, I recommend it. Takes time to learn but you end up saving in the long run, at least according to this. Servings are good for more than a single person, but you can keep it refrigerated if it's just you.
