It doesn't matter...as long as the grapefruit juice reaches your liver before the pill. It helps the process that takes place in the liver, not the stomach, so if you eat food or not shouldn't matter...

are you serious???? don't listen to MW, he doesn't know shit. GF juice should be used with 17AA like Winny and Var...whether you take it with myoplex or not makes absolutely no damn difference.
