Good whole food selections for postworkout meal

white bread
white rice
maltodextrin
bagels

the best bet would be 50% dextrose + 50% maltodextrin
 
The only time I eat processed food is my postworkout shake. All other meals are whole foods. You really should use dextrose and maltodextrin postworkout, it will help your recovery time.
 
okay..I guess I'll just stick to potatoes...but I really hate having to cut all the purple molds(or whatever those purple marks are) before boiling them.
