This is my low carb meal every night before bed and I absolutely love it:
350gms fat free Greek yogurt
2 tblsp unsweetened cocoa pow
2 packs stevia
(Mix this all together)
Add 200gms dry curd cottage cheese into the yogurt mixture and stir
3 sugar free 5kcal strawberry jello cups chopped up and added to the yogurt/cottage cheese (stir again)
1.5 tblsp natty PB melted and spread on top
It's fairly high cal, and sounds extremely odd, but it's freakin amazing. I eat this cutting and bulking just adjusting according to macros.
