add in two egg whites, two whole eggs and two scoops of whey protein to a bowl. mix them up and pour in a pan like pancakes. top them off with natty pb and/or sugar free syrup. tastes pretty damn good
bummer. well you can still eat that if youre craving carbs. i mean, if the heat does denature the whey the protein amount is still in there right? its not like it'll just disappear
