Excerpt: Right now I am getting my protein from eggs, beans, cheese, liquid egg whites and the like. I try and hit my protein macro of 200g+ a day but it is hard this way. I used to eat a lot of meat and frankly it disgusts me doing it everyday and gets expensive, I do eat a burger and chicken a few times a week. There isn’t anything magical about not eating chicken and rice everyday right?

Re: getting big with less meat
You should drink protein shakes to get big, you wont be able to eat enough meat to get huge.

Re: getting big with less meat
you don't need 200g of protein to grow muscle. that is made up bullshit designed to sell you protein powders

It's your choice to eat less. Do you want some magic formula that lets you gain on a 100g?

Re: getting big with less meat
Eggs are a great protein source so I am glad you have that. It will be much easier to get more protein if you do add some meat in. If you are sick of chicken, get some grass fed ground beef and you can use it it many different types of meals. It doesn't always have to be a steak or burger.
