    Pretty sure there are a lot of alternatives if we're solely talking about nutrient content. But if we're taking aroma and taste into consideration, for me these are a MUST.

    it is super high FODMAP and should be avoided if you cannot tolerate them

    if you notice you consume them and you get the shits or diarhea than you need to eliminate them. if you are fine with them then go for it
