    Fruit and veg diet

    Would it be good to just go a week without meats and processed foods? Just eat only fruit and veggies. Is it a good idea.?

    So you are basically talking about vegan diet. You can do that.
    I think it'd be good idea every once in a while "clean up" your system a little bit.

    every animal on earth cycles their diet based on what is available

    humans now have fridges, pantries, supermarkets, etc. so we can eat whatever we want whenever we want. goes against nature and it is why people develop digestive and allergic issues

    Balanced diets are ideal. I would make sure that you get a bit of everything.

    I don't think it's a good idea personally. Your body needs protein. You can eat other forms of protein besides meat.

    Its not what I would recommend unless you are still getting adequate protein and fat intake.

    Why a week? If you haven't done this even fore a day before, ease into it. Like try one day, then a weekend, then 3 days, before going for a full week.
