frozen seafood

I will following a high protein diet based out of sea food, I wonder how long can shrimp, calamary etc...can be frozen
for before eating it, I would like to go to the grocery store every month and get enough for 30 days.

best thing is go catch your own seafood fresh or find someone like me who will give you fresh seafood

Frozen seafood has a very long shelf life. I am talking like 10 years.

30 days is no issue at all. I do the same thing. I go to costco once per month and stock up on frozen wild caught cod and salmon
