Fork + Can of Tuna + ?

Consumption from a can has become more efficient for me. I guess i'm starting down the hardcore path.

Any ideas for some seasonings?

I hate lemon, how about hot sauce? Tabasco, Cholula, Tapatio... what tastes best?
 
I always find that castor oil, blue cheese (leave it out for a day), sardines, raw liver, and two tablespoons of salt make it quite delightfull.

I'd rather eat it with hot liquid shit.
 
Omit salt if you don't eat it but...


When I get tired of eating it, I'll put mayo, and some dill pickle relish, salt, pepper. It's pretty good, tastes like subway's tuna salad.

Hot sauce is good too.

I find that the tuna that comes in a pouch tastes alot better, only 30cents more, and all you need is salt for it.


Maybe you should try buying some canned chicken or crab --it's more expensive but it's a BIG change to have 1 or 2 a week.
