foods rich in msm (Methylsulfonylmethane) dosage

So I want to get enough Methylsulfonylmethane into my system in the most organic way possible"
This is a special diet I'm putting together for my neighbor who is an elderly lady with weak bones, and the doctor said she should take Methylsulfonylmethane, I already picked up a bottle of n2jointrx from n2 and now I will be putting together a whole diet that will be rich in the same joint-healing ingredient found in N2joint. Methylsulfonylmethane is one I'm finding elusive as not many foods are rich in it...So far I found these food items to be rich in Methylsulfonylmethane:
Corn, Tomatoes, Tea, Beer, Alfalfa Sprouts and even Coffe....
Any more to add to the list guys?
This is a whole diet I'm putting together for her, and she will have to buy whole foods so her food bill is going to go up by 50% now with the new quality items she will have to eat.

I like where your head is at but trying to use foods to get a high enough MSM dosage won't work. You are going to need to use a good joint supplement like N2joint RX to get a large enough of an MSM dosage to have a significant difference on joint pain reduction and bone strengthening/healing.

If you have her using the recommended 5 capsules/day of N2joint rx, that is all she needs.

In addition to N2joint Rx, have her regularly include wild caught fish or fish oil supplements into her diet. The omega 3 fatty acids are very important to increase muscle mass and strength.

I would say you are on point given that you rely not only the supplements, but also the specific diet catered to the needs.

Just keep in mind that the dietary choices also have to be made fit for other nutrients, and not just munching on MSM rich foods

If you are already giving her N2Joint RX, I would not expect any foods to improve that. Perhaps the only thing that would be worth it is fish oil - it is one healthy supplement to take.
