food does not promote healing lol when you eat your body has to use up energy to process that food and you never get cell clean up (autophagy) that way
the only way to heal is not to eat. water fasting will promote autophagy and your cells will be cycled. every animal on earth that gets injured and will lay around and let its body repair. the first question your vet will ask when you take your dog or cat in is 'how is their appetite'? if they aren't eating it means they are sick.
