Foods to prevent phlegm

I’ve been getting a lot of phlegm recently and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of foods to avoid and which to eat ?
 
The answer is pretty much the same as in every situation.
Eat mostly healthy foods and avoid all the processed stuff as much as possible.
Make sure your diet is also rich in fruits, vegetables, berries and whatnot.

If you feel like you're getting sick bump up your vitamin C intake.
 
dairy is #1 to avoid obviously. and avoid the dairy substitutes too

sugar is a big one, very inflammatory

bread is inflammatory due to high refined flour..

avoid processed and refined foods..

best way to fight phlegm is water fast for a couple days.. that will reverse inflammation
