Foods for me to avoid/eat more of?

15Yrs old, not been lifting for too long & wanting to get as much muscle as possible, around 6FT1 and I had a few questions about diets. I'm not too sure what foods I should cut out. It's hard to get a good breakfast but my usual is toast with peanut butter & jam, I try to have toasted oats with some fruit and nuts. Which of these would be best? My mid-morning snack is a granola oat bar. Lunch is normally a chicken breast in a roll, very occasionaly Tuna. Snack when I come in is usually cereal with a decent bit of milk. Dinner varies alot but it usually has some kind of meat with veg/rice. I'm trying to eat more fish, eggs, nuts and cottage cheese. Like I said, it's not the best diet but it's very hard with little time to get the best kind of food. I'll also have 2 protein shakes on workout days. Should I cut out the bread?
