    What foods would you guys recommend as stuff we should avoid as much as possible. I mean any junk food or sugary foods should be avoided. But anything else I may have missed??

    I avoid junk and processed foods as you said, but otherwise just eat clean and watch my macros.

    there is a cliche "if nature produces it then eat it and if it is man made avoid it"

    this is generally going to be the best way to eat in general

    there is no secret way to eat on cycle, what is healthy off of cycle will be healthy on. what i will say is we see a pattern right now bigtime of perma bulking from guys who use steroids and eat too much food and too often. that isn't fitness, that is just being big and strong

    Just use your common sense when it comes to eating. If it looks suspicious check the ingredient list/nutrition label.
