I’m a fan of canned chicken and tuna cheap fast and easy.
Canned tuna is #1 for bodybuilding followed by canned chicken

bro try growing and raising own food or go to local ranch near you. i raise a lot of my own eggs/chicken and produce
Avoid restaurant food, it is expensive
might want to buy a small gas grill, they are very cheap
