    I like a raw died but you need to increase your protein intake on it thats the key

    greek yogurt is not gonna be raw unless you are actually consuming raw dairy (which i highly doubt)

    also shredded wheat is highly processed and canned fish was pressed into a can. almond butter is not raw as it is also processed. there is a lot wrong with what you think is actually a raw diet

    Raw is fine if organic, from reputable sources, otherwise you may get all kinds of parasites, toxins and other crap we don't even know about

    Raw food diet tends to be high in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes .. perfect

    That is a no cooking diet but definitely not a "raw" diet. It will work fine if you are consistent and train hard.
