Following a raw diet

do you think it's practical for me to follow a raw diet and get results in bodybuilding? My diet is going to be Greek yogurt, berries, Shredded Wheat, raisins, peas and beans, citrus, fruit like bananas, almond butter, and green vegetables. 4 Meats I plan on doing canned fish. it basically is a no cooking diet I want to try

I like a raw died but you need to increase your protein intake on it thats the key

greek yogurt is not gonna be raw unless you are actually consuming raw dairy (which i highly doubt)

also shredded wheat is highly processed and canned fish was pressed into a can. almond butter is not raw as it is also processed. there is a lot wrong with what you think is actually a raw diet

Raw is fine if organic, from reputable sources, otherwise you may get all kinds of parasites, toxins and other crap we don't even know about
