finially found a protein shake i can drink!

ok it has more carbs then your basic protein powder but i can keep it down. It doesn't have the god awful smell or taste either.

No one likes myoplex?

This stuff i cheap now (around $1.17 cents a packet or something) and it tastes really good. My personal fav is the strawberry but even the choc and vanilla taste good. I use 530mg ginger root right before i take the shake and have ZERO protein farts (as opposed to a goddam farting machine w/o ginger).

PS It tastes better if you mix with really cold water..almost like ice-cream!
