Im at college right now and i have a pretty cheap meal plan which lets me get 2 meals a day. Usually ill take protein and water for breakfast, get lunch at 12, 'borrow' some chicken breasts for 3, dinner at 6, and some more borrowing at 9.
However, the meals are kinda random and good food is not always available. (BTW, the food here at UCLA rocks)
Would taking fiber powder mixed in kill hunger pangs?
