Feta Cheese???

Bros,
On an extremely strict cutting diet (as posted recently), when I am eating a protein/fat meal such as a salad with walnuts, chicken and olive oil... Would it be alright to put a small amount of feta cheese crumbles on the salad for taste or should I stay away from any and all forms of dairy completely?

Thanks

cheese is great I say do it

BUT, don't forget

you have to COUNT those calories if this diet is as strict as you say it is

feta cheese = average fat + average carbs + a few proteins

but as long as you just take a few crumbles it should be OK
