can someone recommend a good diet for a female bulk cycle? I have recently finished 6wks on Keto and want to concentrate on building mass, but am concerned with gaining fat as well.
Are u a bodybuilder or a powerlifter , if not i would just eat ur weight in protein and add muscle over time.. women bulking makes me laugh , my girl friend says she is gonna do it to make me mad....
you need 1g of carbs for every pound u weigh to gain muscle effectivley. no ifs ands or buts, carbs are just as important as protein in gaining muscle.
