What are some good dessert foods that are healthy to eat in small portions? I want to have some sweet options if its possible.
 
Fruit is the perfect low calorie desert.

Try having a bowl of berries or an apple before bed.
 
If you are going to have a dessert then worry more about the portion size vs keeping it healthy. If you want something sweet then I agree with Muskate, just eat fruit. If you want an actual dessert then just eat a small bit.
