lets hear some foods. I am getting burned out from eating the same stuff over and over and I want to hear some good ideas for nutritious and energetic foods I can eat before a hard lifting workout
i wake up have a WPI/oats/ANPB/banana shake with water no milk, half hour later i eat 4 eggs and two slices of bread, wait an hour, drink my pwo shake with white flood and 5grams creatine then half hour later I hit the gymnasium, works well for me! Cant wait to throw some dbols in the mix once i start my next cycle
