favorite food before lifting

1-1.5 hours pretraining I'll have a whey, oats, and anpb shake.

I used to eat a solid meal here, but I feel a lot better not training while digesting a large meal.

I sip hydro whey/aminos and high gi carbs during my workout.
 
i wake up have a WPI/oats/ANPB/banana shake with water no milk, half hour later i eat 4 eggs and two slices of bread, wait an hour, drink my pwo shake with white flood and 5grams creatine then half hour later I hit the gymnasium, works well for me! Cant wait to throw some dbols in the mix once i start my next cycle :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
