Fat cycling questions

Excerpt: this is a weird question but hear me out. Do you think my body can burn fat more going from a keto diet to a lower fat diet closer to moderation instead of going to a moderate fat diet from a maintenance calorie diet? My reasoning is that if you are in ketosis already your body is pulling fat from the body for its energy, so by reducing fat you can help reduce fat stores more.

    way too early in the morning for questions like this.

    but the idea of keto diets is high fats. good fats will not spike insulin like other macros. however where people fail with keto dieting is they go eat fast food or eat shit out of boxes that claim keto. those aren't keto foods at all
