fast digesting fruits for dieting

hi guys, question, as you all know some fruits contain fast-digesting carbs and I would like to know if they are better for somebody like me who's looking to loose body fat and get cut, or you can consume any type of fruit when it comes to dieting.
 
fruit has sugar and will spike insulin levels which results in fat gain. so you want to limit fruit if you are trying to lose fat, especially the ones high in sugar.

having said that stuff like berries, avocado, etc don't have that much sugar and are perfectly healthy cause they contain a lot of anti-oxidants and even omega's

Those fruits have very low calories and can be eaten in pretty much unlimited quantities in your diet. However, make sure you are eating WHOLE fruits and NOT fruit salad in syrup, fruit juice, dried fruit etc.
