Everybody eat breakfast ?

Everybody says its the most important meal of the day. But how come i am never hungry in the morning ? Am I doing it all wrong ?
 
A little hack i use sometimes on the rare occasion im not hungry is force down something with a few calories like a handful of nuts or a protein shake and it seems to stimulate my appetite within the hour. Or, lately i been takin my dog for a walk when i wake up for a half hr or so and by the time we get back home im hungry every single time. Plus, a little fasted cardio usually starts my day on positive note in general.

this is something that i am so sick of hearing and proof how the restaurant and food companies OWN US

breakfast is NOT the most important meal of the day and if you aren't hungry DO NOT EAT. period.

the true meditarrean diet is the MOST HEALTHY diet in the world. and guess what? they eat a tiny breakfast or none at all.. their biggest meal of the day is LUNCH.

but in the US we can't have that.. you gotta go to denny's or IHOP and you gotta keep those factory farms going by eating bacon, sausage, eggs, and the other processed junk that companies market. and we gotta drink that processed fake OJ, and we gotta drench our food in butter and syrup too

and to make matters worse, now people are addicted to $8 coffee from starbux and dunkin that is drenched in cream, chocolate and oil. and people wonder why we are fat
 
Breakfast is important for energy for exercising and getting through your day. The boost of calories in the morning helps to get you going, which is why so many people recommend breakfast for weight loss.
