err my current diet :/ pls

okay im trying to bulk... 18/m only 155-160pounds lol

meal 1 - wheetbix,yoghurt,bananas,500ml milk (i know thats pathetic but i dont know what else to eat.. i hate eggs) the milk still has 20g protein

meal 2 - protein shake

meal 3 - turkey on either roll or bagel (x2)

meal 4 - protein shake

meal 5 - steak or chicken with rice

meal 6 - salmon w/salad (30g protein for salmon)

meal 7 - protein shake

in total i have 1 1/2 to 2 L milk. (10.5g protein/14.5 carbs per 250ml)
+ 1 to 2 L water

does this look okay??

its like 250g protein. prob about 400g carbs in total
 
how did u get 400 carbs, you only have carbs with three meals and i dont even see like a postworkout meal where ist hat, add carbs to all meals except the last maybe also some fats u have salmon which is good but add lke some peanut butter, it doesnt look like ur getting near enought cals, go for around 20X bw, even protein, rely on whole food only use the shakes postwokout, throw in some chicken, tuna, eggs, cottage cheese you have plenty of options.
