okay im trying to bulk... 18/m only 155-160pounds lol
meal 1 - wheetbix,yoghurt,bananas,500ml milk (i know thats pathetic but i dont know what else to eat.. i hate eggs) the milk still has 20g protein
meal 2 - protein shake
meal 3 - turkey on either roll or bagel (x2)
meal 4 - protein shake
meal 5 - steak or chicken with rice
meal 6 - salmon w/salad (30g protein for salmon)
meal 7 - protein shake
in total i have 1 1/2 to 2 L milk. (10.5g protein/14.5 carbs per 250ml)
+ 1 to 2 L water
does this look okay??
its like 250g protein. prob about 400g carbs in total
