Energy Drinks

Has anyone tried any energy drinks such as Red Bull, 702, Carbo Fuel, Jolt Cola (it's not really for energy per se but does it work?), Ultra Fuel, Power Fuel, Hydra Fuel, or any other energy/fluid replacement drinks? Did it work? What have you found to be the most effective?

I cannot label one drink more effective then another, but I can surely tell you the following are crap and waste of money: Jolt Cola, Red Bull (the name says it all), and ANY SOFT DRINK OR SODAY. The main ingredient is a type of Fructose which is very unhealthy. If you are looking for booster take a liquid E/C drink as HumanShell pointed out, otherwise stick to clean carb powders like Dextrose.

The WWS drink HS mentioned really 'kicks'... sends me spinnin' from drinking only 1/2 of the bottle

Thanks guys, but I was just wondering about those drinks in particular because I'm not gonna drink any ECA things because I just don't trust ephedra. I've seen too much stuff about in pharmaceutical journals to touch it.
