EMU meat

hell yeah buffalo emu and Elk love that stuff. not sure how fatty it is though.

That's what I'd like to know. There's a buffalo farm not too far from me. It's much leaner than beef...hardly any fat at all. But, MAN is that stuff expenseive!

Beef is not full of horomones. Bull calves that will be raised for slaughter have their nuts cut off when they're babies. Now instead of a bull, it's called a steer. This is done because the bull's testosterone gives the meat a nasty flavor. So the meat from a steer has no more horomones in it than a cow.
