Judging by the most recent epidemiological studies there is no direct relationship between cardiovascular risk and dietary cholesterol intake.

I'm that old I've seen the same stuff be 'good, then 'bad', then 'good' again. Right now if you sat on your arse then yeah eggs would be bad. But if you train, eat well and so on then nah

Re: Are eggs good or bad??

during the 80's there was a push to tell people to stay away from foods that had fat, and foods that contained cholesterol

the ruse is that consuming something with fat, won't make you fat.. and the same for cholesterol.. once they realized the egg farmers were losing money they started saying eggs are good for you again.

the bottom line is MAYBE. it would depend on where you get your eggs.. if they are pasture raised eating a natural diet and pecking around eating bugs off the grass etc.. then fuck yeah they are good eggs.. if they are diseased chickens in cages being fed soy and garbage then NO.

when you buy eggs look for the humane friendly stamp.. that tells you if it is good or not

Eggs are very healthy, they've got a bad rep for cholesterol by mistake. You're fine eating them every morning.

Stick around. There will be another study along shortly to contradict it.
