eggs

are u on a keto diet?
U using whole eggs?
How r u preparing them?

Generally I tend to take a protein shake and some fish oils/Udo's before bed and it seems to be ok. Pretty much the same thing if you think about it
 
I don’t think they would be bad for you! Probably a good high protein / low carb snack. Personally I would remove some of the yolks though (but I do that anyway).
 
For fewer calories/less fat take 1 yolk with every 2-3 whites
 
pre bedtime, the best foods are eggs and cottage cheese as they are easy on the digestive system and their amino acids content are slowly distributed for up to 4 hours after ingestion.

i would drop the yolk.

try:

6 whites
1 cup cottage cheese
12oz milk

I think nothin wrong with the eggs....I eat 4 white with 2 yolks
