somebody recommend to get my egg whites at this web, after getting bad egg whites a few times at the super market , I was lucky I found out
they were rotten before cooking or drinking them, so I would like to know if you guys ever purchased egg whites from this web how reliable are they? thank you.

Seems like a hassle when I can just go to Walmart and get a carton of egg whites for like $2. If I get a bad carton which I never have, I'll take it back.

I don't buy egg whites. I get high quality humane friendly eggs and eat the whole thing. we had a very nice discussion on eggs on a podcast we had with Dr. Gerry. he said something interesting about not overcooking the yolk.. BUT you need to make sure the eggs are high quality so you do not get salmonella from sick chickens

I've used them. The shipping is really expensive but they are good product.

I found the egg whites at the grocery store to be just as good as much cheaper. I have a simple solution for you - check the expiration date before buying them.

The egg white cartons you buy at the grocery store as pasteurized so you don't need to cook them. You can drink them straight from the carton, add them into smoothies etc.

I get mine at Costco. They are pretty cheap and I have never had an issue with them.
