ectomorph on bulking diet

Hey guys, what food do you guys recommend for a ectomorphs person that doesn't convert to bad fat or raise cholesterol levels and sugar levels?
 
An ectomorph (and every person for that matter) should base their diet around single ingredient unprocessed foods. Things like lean meat, vegetables, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, poultry etc.

Chances are if it comes in a box and has a large ingredient list, you shouldnt be eating it.
