    Is it possible to eat vegetables daily in today's society of fast food, processed food and restaurant food? I was looking at some literature about how americans get little to no vegetables at all and other countries that are much healthier eat veggies as a staple to their diets. how important do you think these are to building muscle?

    you will build more muscle when your body is metabolically healthy

    88% of americans are NOT in that category. that is a staggering number. that means 1 out of every 8 americans are. to get into that category you will be benefitted by eating your veggies

    vegetables are for fiber and nutrients. you don't need them to build muscle. you should be doing meal prep anyways not eating out.
