Eating vegetables

You’d be better getting frozen than tinned. Obviously nutritional value is always going to be compromised when convenience takes priority.

However there are plenty of studies out there proving that organic produce is no better than non-organic.

You should always go for the freshest option if its avilable. Look to frozen or fresh produce if possible!
 
So I know a lot of people here disagree with this, but the scientific reality is cutting vegetables does not alter their nutritional value. Canning them in water does leach some vitamins though, so if you are eating canned vegetables and draining the water they were packed in, you are throwing away nutrients. The latter is not an issue for frozen vegetables.
