Change it up so you don’t get bored of the same food. Just make sure it’s good clean food

After processing the food, your body does not know where it came from.
The main thing is that it is balanced. Your macros change depending on your goals.
I eat the same thing everyday and I compete. When you are down to single digits bodyfat trying to look as big as possible on stage and there are no apparent negatives, it definitely will not be noticed on the non competing individual.
There are a few special circumstances with me. I do not enjoy food. I eat because I have to, not because I enjoy the taste. The risk that the normal person may have with eating the same food everyday is they can become bored and start cheating more and more.
