Excerpt: I am dieting and need to lose some fat. I gained like 20 pounds during pandemic and time to get back into shape for a new year. Is salad okay to get everyday with my dinner? I usually eat either fish or chicken for dinner and add a salad. Like how much fat is in my salad if I use lettuce, tomato and feta cheese and what dressing can I use?

    not only okay but you should be eating plenty of fruits and veggies in your diet. make sure they are organic, that is #1. also learn how to make your own dressing and not store bought crap

    Keep the dressing to a minimum. Most aren't great for keeping calories down

    I eat a lot of green veggies. I like brocolli more than salad, just easier to make

    Dont worry so much about how much fat is in something. What you want to do is stick to the right kids of food and you won't even have to count macros.
