    no you must cycle the foods you eat

    grassfed steak/beef and veggies (as long as they are prepared correctly) are perfectly natural and healthy foods to eat. but they aren't enough and you are missing out on the electrolytes, vitamins and minerals that are in fruits. this myth that lifters should avoid fruit has caused a lot of health problems in guys. fruits are so important they are even found in our sponsor supplements due to their anti oxidant properties

    You want to have an overall balanced diet. Too much of anything can be a problem!
