Eating one healthy meal a day alright?

If I just eat a steak with vegetables and a sweet potato. Everyday without eating anything else will I get good results or will my body break down ?
 
that is called the OMAD diet and was popularized on social media by Mike Rashid.

if you were to do it the best way to roll with it if your schedule is normal is eat dinner then fast 24 hours till dinner again and so on. it is actually a diet that is used to reverse type 2 diabetes and increase insulin resistance.
 
It should more or less work if your meal is satisfying your caloric and nutritional requirements, however it's not for me.
