Excerpt: I have a lot of fruits that are in season where i live this time of year and i love eating them and they are so watery and refreshing during the heat. a friend told me that fruit was bad for you because it has sugar and that i shouldn't eat so much of it. he said it would give me diabetes and make me gain fat. is this true?

    I have a lot of fruits that are in season where i live this time of year and i love eating them and they are so watery and refreshing during the heat. a friend told me that fruit was bad for you because it has sugar and that i shouldn't eat so much of it. he said it would give me diabetes and make me gain fat. is this true?

    tell your friend that humans evolved eating fruit. the reason we see color is so we can identify fruits and veggies. also tell your friend people in blue zones eat tons of fruit and they are the healthiest people on the planet. finally tell your friend that he is a moron

    Are you fat? Have you gained weight? Do you eat too much fruit?

    Raw fruits and veggies are extremely important for getting in vitamins and minerals.

    Moderation is key here... Eat a well balanced diet and don't get excessive with the fruits.

    Well fruits are beneficial but yes its still carbs and sugar. You can get fat on anything if you eat too much of it. You can also lose weight on anything if you eat less than you burn
