Yes, so long as your not exceeding your daily caloric intake. What it boils down to is...if you have a need for nutrients, in this case carbohydrate, then your body will use it....no matter what time of day(or night). If you have met your body's nutrient needs for the day(caloric needs) then excess will be either stored as fat or the body will activate NEAT (non exercise activity thermogenesis) and simply "waste" those calories by oxidizing them.
