eating BBQ and bulking

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about eating BBQ and bulking within the Diet & Bodybuilding category.

Excerpt: I hear that bbq is one of the healthiest ways to cook food, as long as you donít char your meat and as long as you donít use sauces which have a lot of sugar and spices. What do you guys think about me buying a bbq grill and using it to cook all my meat since it is so much easier then using the oven or pan?

you can slow cook on a bbq without charring. if you char the meat that is carcinogenic

also prepping is very important. i recommend making your own marinade. paprika, salt, pepper, coconut oil and lemon make a great marinade

It sounds a little iffy as to 'be the healthiest'. It's just cooking off the fat - usually outside.

I use a bbq to cook all year round......even out in the snow, lol. I find it gives meat a good flavour and is obviously better than frying food. Great way to cook veggies too.
