Guys
some in for say the monounsaturated oleic acid that bacon contains is the exactly the same that's in olive oil, and consumed in moderate quantity is beneficial for high intense work out body builders, because it has high qtys of calories and salt , I usually have bacon with different types of salads everyday, good or bad?

Processed foods like bacon should not be a regular part of anyones diet. Eating lots of processed meats CAN contribute to the likelihood of developing cancer. They are full of nitrates, preservatives and artificial colors/flavours/sweeteners. All stuff you don't want to be putting in your body.

A bodybuilder looking to put on weight will need calorie dense foods but stick with high quality unprocessed high calorie foods like grass fed beef, whole eggs, extra virgin olive oil, natural almond/peanut butter etc.

There is nothing bad with a bit more fatty meats in your diet once in a while, however I wouldnt include bacon as an everyday meal.

Its quite garbage, especially if its processed. Then you provide your body with so much poison and toxic waste, that you might get acne, bloated or digestive issues.
